Day 3: Ketchup Clan

Day 3 at SEALA, and participants are already thinking deeply and absorbing concepts.
Anand starts us off with some insider secrets of value innovation, how one can complete transform an organization by not just trying to be competitive - but entirely disruptive.
As Anand closes his session, participants consider ways in which they can apply what they have learnt.
Participants look forward to Michael's first session with them.
Snow goes up to greet him in person.
Participants offer him some food for thought, to help him get his motors running.
Waleed participates enthusiastically, eager to contribute
by listing ways in which this discussion could proceed.
Karan takes notes to make sure no one misses anything.
Sandesh feels moved, Vishal's insight is a shining example of transformational leadership!

Three men stand up with ketchup smeared on their hands,
signalling their support, roused by Michael's actions on the other side of the room.
Thus, the ketchup clan is born.
Feeling a little left out, Bani decides to get herself some ketchup too!
Anjali follows suit, her elegance conquering the room.
What's Michael keeping in his bag? Karan attempts to find out.
Turns out, he had some bananas to share!
Meet stands up, wanting to guide the discussion to a newer direction.
While the remaining participants decide that they, too, want to be in the coolest club on campus.
This group apparently has a preference for mustard over ketchup, they refuse to join the clan.

Michael wonders what William and Ali are up to on the side.
Ahmed gazes up patiently wondering what on Earth Michael is going on about.
Waleed on the other hand, realizes that all the answers are in fact deep inside himself.
Yuan, moderately out of sorts, plunges deep into his thoughts to understand Michael's point.
Susanna, too, appears thoughtful at the proceedings in the plenary.
Divya's despair is plain on her face: before anything new can be learnt, the cup must be emptied!
Flo looks up expectantly, hoping there's a clear cut answer to all her questions.
But really, the day ends in more questions than anybody could ever have expected.
